Fritz Leuba was a mycologist who lived in France the latter part of the nineteenth century. During this time he produced the book Les Champignons Comestibles et les Especes Veneneuses, published in Paris in 1890. It is a rare and striking book with many wonderful images of all types of mushrooms including a set composed on jet black backgrounds. We are happy to present a set of these images.
